Active E-Assist client, 51% owned, operated, capitalized, and controlled  by member(s) of a presumed minority group, gross revenue under $50,000 current and prior year, in business less than 3 years.

Approved grant services funds:

up to $400 in approved courses

up to $200 in tax services

up to $200 in coaching and consultations

up to $200 in bookkeeping services
